"Great service by the new service manager and his mechanic. Brought in my older engine last year to get the starter fixed and after an injury was unable to use it until recently. First pull and the pull start broke in my hands. Went in livid and listened to my issue, looked at the engine and Jon called me same day saying it would’ve never worked and accepted the blame of poor workmanship dating back to before his time. Ordered the parts and got it back and took her out this weekend and she’s finally working properly again. Hard to find service like these as many would try backing out of re fixing their faults and would never accept it was their fault to begin with.
