MAC 700 GY

Mac boats engaged the services of a Naval Architect to design a new 7m boat. The brief, to design a serious 7m blue water boat to meet the needs of both the recreational angler/diver and to also cope with the harsh punishment from commercial operators both here in NZ and offshore. Mac boats then asked University of Auckland to carry out impacting testing on the hull to the stringent of standards. The new MAC 700 GY’s unique hull shape performs excellent in rough conditions while also being easily driven. This means less overall HP required and better fuel savings. Power options are either single or twin outboard installations. Available in Centre console configuration.
